Here's a chance to work with an established national development advisory and project management consultancy, working on Health or Tertiary Education projects in their Sydney office.

The Client:

With robust growth over the last two years and offices across the major states, this is an opportunity to work with industry leaders in a collaborative environment.

Reporting to an Associate Director, you will lead the delivery of two health projects $20 million each in value, managing program, budgets, risk, and client expectations.

There is also an opportunity to work on tertiary education developments from planning and design through to construction, ranging from $50 million to $300 million.

They have built long-standing relationships with social/community infrastructure clients and provide advice from initial planning/ feasibility through to delivering outcomes for the community.

What you'll do:

Oversee and manage the design and delivery phases of social infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed strategies, timelines, scope, and budget.

Provide leadership through all project lifecycle phases, including design coordination and managing consultants/ contractors.

Oversee project financials and contracts administration,



ideally with exposure to GC21 contracts

Prepare reports and documentation, and attend meetings with project stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.

What you'll bring:

7 years + Client Side Project Managment experience with exposure to Health, Education or other Community Infrastructure projects.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction, project management, architecture, engineering, or similar

Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
