Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex Identity and Access Management (IDAM) project within the Victorian Government. This role will focus on delegated access, role-based access control (RBAC), authentication solutions and the delivery of a proof of concept.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of an enterprise IDAM project, including discovery, planning and technical requirements.
- Manage delegated access and RBAC requirements across complex user groups.
- Coordinate Identity Platforms, Cyber Security, Integration, ServiceNow and Change teams.
- Oversee proof-of-concept architecture, testing, success criteria and delivery dependencies.
- Prepare governance documentation,



manage risks and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience delivering complex IDAM projects.
- Strong knowledge of delegated access, RBAC and authentication solutions.
- Proven Project Manager experience within the Victorian Government.
- Experience coordinating identity, security, architecture and integration teams.
- Robust governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and communication skills.
