Delivery Centric is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology consulting and transformation projects for enterprise customers. The role is responsible for project execution, customer and stakeholder management, governance, risk, resources, and financial oversight, while driving customer adoption and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Leadership

- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, technical specialists, and partners.
- Ensure delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build solid relationships with customers, Delivery Managers, PMO, Account Directors, TAMs, architects, Service Delivery Executives, and account teams.
- Communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities, expectations, and conflicts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Risk, Governance & Reporting

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans and escalate critical concerns appropriately.
- Maintain project governance standards, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide regular project status updates and facilitate governance reviews.

Resource & Financial Management

- Manage project resources, capacity, utilisation, and delivery allocations.
- Support revenue forecasting,



consumption tracking, and project financial management.
- Monitor project effort against planned budgets and allocations.
- Ensure effective use of personnel, budget, time, and project resources.

Customer Success

- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Ensure delivery aligns with customer objectives and expected business outcomes.
- Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, operational readiness, and consumption.
- Support continuity between pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Required Technical Competencies

- Mandatory: Proven experience delivering VMware technology projects.
- Advanced project planning and scheduling skills.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, financial management, revenue forecasting, and consumption planning.
- Strong risk management, project governance, and delivery assurance capabilities.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
- Portfolio and resource management experience.
- Strong delivery reporting and executive communication skills.

Experience Required

- 10 years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology, cloud, infrastructure, transformation, or consulting engagements.
- Proven experience delivering VMware technology projects.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and enterprise customers.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects with significant stakeholder engagement and governance requirements.
- Experience within professional services or consulting organisations is preferred.
