We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to take charge of their own residential portfolio in the beautiful Bunbury/Australind region — with the full support of your own dedicated full-time assistant, plus a qualified team backing you on trust accounting and property condition reports.

Your Role You’ll independently manage a well-maintained residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. With your assistant and support team handling the back end,



you’ll be free to focus on building strong relationships and making informed property decisions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Full management of your own portfolio of residential properties
- Landlord and tenant communication
- Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals, inspections, and rent reviews
- Ensuring compliance with property legislation and agency standards
- Working collaboratively with your assistant and internal support staff

What You’ll Need

- At least 3 years of experience in residential property management
- WA Real Estate Registration
- Great communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A self-motivated and client-focused attitude
- Local knowledge of the Bunbury/Australind market is a bonus
- Current valid driver’s licence
