As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Chelsea Heights dealership, working directly with our valued customers, delivering premium service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing customer's needs, recommending appropriate services and securing bookings

n

Co-ordinating service appointments, managing workshop schedules and arranging parts and sublet services

n

Communicating with technicians and customers to ensure on time delivery and a seamless customer service experience

n

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency

n

Invoicing and closing out repair orders in a timely manner

n

Our customers are our top priority, and you will be instrumental in delivering the quality service and support they deserve.

Detail-oriented and highly organised with a talent for multi-tasking

A outstanding problems solver, thriving under pressure

n

A team player who values collaboration and positivity

n

Experienced in the operations of a busy dealership and workshop

n

Highly computer literate and a quick learner - MYOB experience preferred

n

Robust attention to detail and administration skills.

n

Previous exposure to data entry, high volume invoicing and/or general admin.

n

Excellent communication skills, and ability to work well within a team, and solo.

n

Organised and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

n

Willingness to commit to the company long-term.

n

Previous exposure to mechanical services but not essential.
