Job Purpose
n
Providing lease administration support to the Property team. Enhancing service quality and standards within a framework of customer service and cost effectiveness
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Communicating across all functional groups within Property to ensure the smooth functioning of the teams and the mitigation of risks arising from lack of information
n
- Provide lease and tenancy management services in accordance with agreed KPI's and Service Levels
n
- Provide assistance in updating and training property documented procedures.
n
- Enhancing service quality and standards, and developing efficient service offerings in respect of lease management
n
- Establishing and maintaining master property register and lease/licence/tenancies management database
n
- Organising and maintaining documents in the clients electronic filing system
n
- Protecting sensitive property information and ensuring the team adheres to security, compliance, legislative requirements
n
- Provide assistance to Property Coordinators with compiling information to process briefing notes
n
- Manage Property enquiries via email / phone calls
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Certificate Business Administration
n
- 2 years' experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment
n
- Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
n
