What will I be doing?
n
Responsible for being the welcoming face of this hotel, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks;
n
n
- Managing guest's luggage and driving automatic and manual vehicles
n
- Showing guests to their rooms and explaining the amenities
n
- Arranging taxis and courier services
n
- Providing support to the Concierge desk
n
- Maintaining current information on all hotel services as well as external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity
n
n
What are we looking for?
n
n
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or fast food preferred.
n
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
n
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
n
- Ability to lift heavy objects
n
- Australian Driver's License (dual Manual & Automatic preferred)
