About the Client

Our client is seeking a reliable and physically fit MR Driver to join their medical waste team in Wingfield, SA.

This is a 3-month temporary position with the potential to transition to permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of medical waste bins to healthcare facilities and collection points across Adelaide.

This role is more than just driving and involves regular manual handling, heavy lifting and customer interaction.

What Youll Be Doing

- Safely drive automatic MR trucks
- Deliver and collect medical waste bins according to assigned routes and schedules
- Lift and move medical waste bins weighing up to 30kg
- Load and unload bins from the delivery vehicle
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries
- Follow all safety, hygiene and waste management procedures
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors and relevant personnel regarding deliveries, delays or issues
- Complete duties in a protected, efficient and timely manner

What you need

- Current MR Licence automatic truck experience
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance




- Physically capable of lifting and moving bins up to 30kg
- Forklift Licence advantageous, but not essential
- Understands that this role involves physical work and manual handling, not simply driving from Point A to Point B
- Ability to pass national police check
- Ability to pass DAS
- Hep A/B shots to be completed before commencement

Whats On Offer

- $39.45 per hour + penalties
- Typical shifts of 910 hours
- Super paid on all base hours
