We are partnering with a highly regarded public sector organisation responsible for delivering major infrastructure projects that shape communities and support long-term growth across NSW. Due to ongoing project demands, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuation & Acquisitions Advisor to join a collaborative property team.

Your new role
As a Valuation & Acquisitions Advisor, you will play a key role in managing property valuations, acquisitions, and negotiations to support the delivery of significant infrastructure projects. You will work closely with property professionals, project teams, government stakeholders, and external landowners to facilitate property transactions and provide expert advice on valuation and acquisition matters.

Key responsibilities includeManaging property valuations and acquisition negotiations
Coordinating land acquisition activities in accordance with legislative and policy requirements
Preparing submissions, reports, and cost estimates
Providing specialist advice on valuation and acquisition matters
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes
Managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Property,



Valuation, or a related discipline
Current membership with a recognised professional valuation body
Experience in property valuation, land acquisition, or compulsory acquisition processes
Robust knowledge of relevant property and land legislation
Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
The ability to manage complex and sensitive matters while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Strong organisational skills and experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
