We're seeking an experienced gardener to join a growing residential garden maintenance business caring for some of Sydney's most established private gardens.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working in residential garden maintenance who takes pride in their work, enjoys horticulture, and is looking to take the next step in their career.
We're not looking for someone to simply mow lawns. We're looking for a gardener who genuinely enjoys working with plants, notices the finer details, and wants to be part of a team that values quality workmanship.

About the RoleYou'll be responsible for maintaining premium residential gardens to a high standard while building positive relationships with clients who genuinely value professional garden care.Duties include:
- Garden maintenance and presentation
- Fine pruning and hedging
- Planting and mulching
- Lawn and turf care
- Irrigation monitoring and minor repairs
- Weed, pest and disease management
- Seasonal garden improvements
- General horticultural maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential garden maintenance
- Strong interest in horticulture and plant care
- Good plant identification knowledge
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Current driving licence
- Certificate III in Horticulture (advantageous but not essential)
