An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale program environment focused on improving operational delivery, governance, and business processes across a complex organisation. This role will suit a strong analyst who enjoys uncovering inefficiencies, mapping current and future state processes, and providing evidence-based recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and operational leaders, you will play a key role in analysing existing delivery models, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making across a range of project initiatives.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, documentation, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, risks, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to validate findings and capture business insights.
- Review delivery models and contractual obligations to assess performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Analyse current-state processes, operating practices, and stakeholder interfaces to identify duplication, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and delivery constraints.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and operating model documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis to uncover drivers of performance issues, governance complexities, and role ambiguity.
- Translate findings into clear, practical, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare reports, presentations,



and executive-ready materials to support informed decision-making and project outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in operational process reviews, gap analysis, and project delivery environments.
- Demonstrated capability conducting process mapping and operating model assessments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Robust stakeholder engagement experience, including working with senior leaders and project teams.
- Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear recommendations and actionable outcomes.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
- Experience reviewing contractual arrangements, service delivery models, or governance frameworks.

Desirable Experience

- Experience within infrastructure, utilities, construction, engineering, or major project delivery environments.
- Exposure to alliance contracting models, NEC contracts, or large-scale project delivery frameworks.
- Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
