Your new role
As a Mortgage Broker, you'll play a key role in driving business growth while helping clients achieve their property and financial goals. This is a relationship-focused role suited to someone who enjoys business development, networking and creating long-term client partnerships. You'll be encouraged to build your own brand, generate new opportunities and establish yourself as a trusted adviser, while receiving the support, tools and mentorship needed to accelerate your success.
In this role, you will:

- Manage home loan applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Structure lending solutions tailored to individual client requirements
- Prepare credit submissions and present applications to lenders
- Generate new business through networking,



referrals and relationship-building activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners and key stakeholders
- Liaise with lenders, BDMs and support teams to achieve positive client outcomes
- Identify opportunities to support clients across a range of lending solutions
- Maintain compliance and responsible lending standards throughout the customer journey
- Contribute to a high-performing, growth-focused team environment

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in banking, lending, finance or mortgage broking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
- Desire to grow, develop and build a successful long-term career in broking
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build referral partnerships and develop a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred, or willingness to obtain it
