Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Ravenhall depot team on a casual basis. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, building a strong team culture, and keeping warehouse operations secure, efficient, and on schedule. You’ll be working across our retail and convenience client operation in a depot that spans ambient, chiller, and freezer environments – a fast-paced operation where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support your warehouse team to drive productivity, accuracy, and engagement on shift
- Coordinate daily workflow and task allocation to meet operational deadlines and service targets
- Champion safety, accuracy, and compliance across all warehouse activities
- Identify and flag operational issues and support continuous improvement across the site
- Work closely with depot management to ensure smooth shift handovers and accurate reporting

You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar warehouse leadership role
- Strong people leadership and communication skills – you lead by example and bring others with you
- A proactive, organised, and safety-focused approach to daily operations
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment
- Comfort working across ambient, chiller,



and freezer environments as required
- Availability to commit to at least 5 days per week across a flexible casual roster, with Fridays and Saturdays being our biggest days
