PERSOL’s Permanent Recruitment Team in Melbourne is growing and we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role In this position, you will:

- Specialise in permanent white-collar placements across VIC, with the support of a national network
- Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Drive sales and business development activity
- Source, attract, interview and place high-quality candidates
- Represent the PERSOL brand with professionalism and integrity
- Manage administration and compliance requirements accurately
- Contribute to a high-performing culture built on safety, accountability and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

- Recruitment experience in an agency setting preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate strong business development skills and experience
- Robust relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritise across competing demands
- Excellent time management skills
