About the role

We design and manufacture custom commercial signage — 3D letters, illuminated work, wayfinding, shopfronts, and production vinyl.

We need a senior maker who can work along side the team. This is custom work for builders, strata, and commercial clients..

Key responsibilities

- Produce vinyl, digital print, 3D letters/panels, and assembled signage to a high finish
- Set quality standards and check work before it leaves
- Cultural Mentor an intermediate and a junior
- Work from production files (Illustrator / PDF / RIP) and flag problems early
- Carry out occasional on-site installs (only when required)

About you

- 5+ years in a real sign shop
- Strong weeding, application, assembly, and finishing
- Comfort with 3D letters, substrates (ACM, acrylic, foam, timber), and basic fabrication
- White card and licence required for in office installs
- CNC / router, Laser Cutting or HP Print experience is a plus
- Tools, pride, and the ability to keep a workshop moving
