*Lead the technical delivery of a landmark Digital Wallet initiative and help shape the future of digital identity services.*We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Technical Architect to lead and oversee the technical delivery of the Digital Wallet Pilot Phase within a high-profile government digital transformation program. This is an opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative, secure, and scalable digital identity solutions while collaborating across multiple government agencies and jurisdictions.

As a trusted technical leader, you will provide strategic architecture guidance, oversee solution delivery, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful progression from design through to production deployment. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture

- Lead the technical oversight and delivery of the Digital Wallet Pilot.
- Review, analyse and validate solution architectures, technical designs and project artefacts.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution roadmaps and transition frameworks.
- Produce high-quality architectural models, diagrams and technical documentation.
- Contribute to the broader Digital Identity ecosystem strategy and future-state architecture.

Stakeholder & Program Management

- Provide regular reporting on project status, risks and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, product teams, operations, development teams and delivery partners.
- Identify and manage technical and business risks impacting delivery.
- Support multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional collaboration to achieve project objectives.

Delivery & Governance

- Oversee project progression through testing, deployment and production readiness.
- Develop deployment models, test criteria and proof-of-concept documentation.
- Contribute technical input into business cases,



procurement and contract documentation.
- Review relevant standards and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Support successful project implementation within agreed timelines and quality standards.

About YouYou are an experienced architect with a strong background delivering large-scale digital transformation programs and complex technology solutions. Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering large-scale government or enterprise-wide programs.
- Strong understanding of digital identity standards and technologies, including ISO 18013-5 and ISO 18013-7.
- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of innovative digital services and technology strategies.
- Experience architecting and managing complex infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
- Extensive experience producing architecture documentation, models and technical artefacts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Experience reporting program performance and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Robust project management skills and a track record of delivering quality outcomes on time.
- Experience supporting transformation and change initiatives.

Desirable

- Cloud architecture certification and/or significant experience with platforms such as AWS.
- Experience working within digital identity, credentialing, wallet technologies or secure digital services environments.
- Experience operating within complex government or highly regulated environments.
