The Company
Premier HVAC is a subdivision of Premier Services Group and is an established mechanical provider delivering service, maintenance, installation and project works for our large, ever growing customer base.
Premier HVAC is an Australian Arctick authorised, HVAC&R; company that specialises in all aspects of mechanical services, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration. A customer based company, with a wide range of sectors including hotels, retail, hospitals, data centres, logistics, temperature-controlled warehousing, sporting venues and many more.
The Role
With continual growth, we are seeking to employ a highly motivated Service Administrator to join the team. Ideally you will be organised, have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. As a member of the NSW Service Team, you will assist in the below key responsibilities:
- Review of subcontractor and supplier bills and service reports
- Dispatch invoices promptly to meet end of month deadlines
- Monitor Uptick software daily to log any jobs, update tasks, and assist Service in managing workflow
- Assist in management of communications with clients and internal staff via email or phone
- Coordinate planned routine maintenance and urgent call outs across multiple commercial sites as needed
- Maintain real-time records of customer data and assist in monitoring job progress, technician productivity, and service KPIs
- Liaise with clients to confirm appointments, access requirements, and day to day requests
- Generate service reports, compliance documentation, and client updates as needed
Key Competencies The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- 2 years minimum experience working within Administration or Service
- Experience with Uptick software (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly phone manner
- Outstanding attention to detail, organisation skills and an ability to balance and prioritise urgent work during busy periods
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers and contribute to a friendly working environment
- Intermediate computer & typing skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work cohesively within a fast paced, dynamic team workplace
- Be willing to undergo a national police background check prior to employment
