Service Administrator

Lift Equipt is a growing equipment business supporting customers across the Pilbara with forklifts, generators, compressors, lighting towers and a range of mobile equipment. We are looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Karratha team.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will work closely with our operations team, technicians, customers and suppliers to help keep our service operation running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a diverse role supporting our service team and technicians. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Answering and managing customer and supplier phone calls
- Raising purchase orders and ordering parts
- Picking, organising and preparing parts for jobs
- Stock control and maintaining accurate stock records
- Assisting with regular stocktakes
- Booking flights and organising technician travel
- Assisting with site mobilisation for technicians
- Managing and updating customer portals
- Assisting with monthly invoicing
- Maintaining accurate service and customer records
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and technicians
- Providing general administration support to the Operations team
- Helping keep the service department organised and running efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, approachable and willing to learn.

You will ideally have

- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team




- A willingness to get involved and have a go

Previous administration, service, parts or equipment industry experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
