About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct rostering and a proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate services, and ensure seamless operations.

You will be responsible for responding to home care rostering enquiries and coordinating service providers for consumers.

About You To be successful in this role you will be consumer-centric and passionate about achieving high quality outcomes. You will also have:

- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- The ability to develop and manage rosters to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Experience in coordinating and scheduling services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of staff availability, shifts, and service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to address any scheduling issues or changes.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure high standards are met.




- Handle administrative tasks related to rostering and service coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Strong computer skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook is required. Familiarity with the Sandwai software system is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and have proof of the right to work in Australia
