As the Service Centre Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of a high‑volume operation — leading a dedicated team, strengthening customer and insurer relationships, and ensuring the centre runs smoothly every day. You’ll be supported by an experienced Network Area Manager and a leadership team committed to your growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and inspiring your team
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing key relationships with customers, insurers and suppliers
- Overseeing daily and weekly scheduling in a busy, fast‑moving environment
- Monitoring performance, KPIs and budgets
- Driving safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Creating a positive, high‑performance culture
