This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring our services operate safely, effectively and in accordance with NDIS requirements while delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and support 2ICs and frontline teams, maintain strong relationships with participants and their support networks, and take ownership of the day-to-day quality and compliance of your services. The position currently supervises approximately 3–5 2ICs.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of allocated SIL and STA services.
- Lead, coach and support 2ICs and Support Workers.
- Ensure participant support plans, risk assessments, health documentation and service records remain current and compliant.
- Maintain strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals.
- Manage incidents, complaints, injuries, near misses and WHS matters.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with NDIS requirements, organisational policies and relevant legislation.
- Identify and manage participant and workforce risks.
- Conduct regular service checks and support internal audit requirements.
- Address staff performance and capability issues promptly.
- Promote a positive,

accountable and participant-focused culture.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident leading disability services and understands the realities of managing SIL environments.

You will ideally have

- Certificate IV in Disability Support or relevant qualification.
- Previous SIL experience, preferably as a Team Leader, House Manager, Service Coordinator or Service Manager.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management capability.
- Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery, quality and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving, organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple services.
- Valid Victorian Driver Licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- Current First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration and Manual Handling training.
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Why Join Aspire?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of services while working closely with an experienced management team. You will have the ability to influence service quality, develop frontline leaders and make a genuine impact on the supports delivered to participants. If you are an experienced disability professional ready to move into broader service management, we would love to hear from you.
