About You We're looking for a leader who is passionate about creating quality experiences for children and supporting educators to thrive.

You'll bring:

- A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent (or be actively working towards)




- Experience leading or mentoring a team in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or a related setting
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Experience managing rosters, compliance and service operations
- A commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
