Service Scheduler

Your New Opportunity:

An exciting full-time, permanent opportunity is now available for a Call Centre professional to join our internal Customer Service Hub as a Service Scheduler at Porsche Centre Melbourne (part of the Penske Automotive Australia group).

Operating from our newly established, fast-paced contact hub in Collingwood, you will be the premier voice of the Porsche brand. This role requires a dedicated agent who can deliver high-quality, end-to-end customer support throughout the service journey and be a key ambassador for the Porsche and Penske brands, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.

In this role, you will:

· Serve as the primary telephone and digital touchpoint for all luxury service and aftersales enquiries.

· Meet quality, productivity and KPI targets while aiming for first-call resolution

· Optimise workshop diaries by scheduling appointments accurately across multiple channels.

· Achieve service level targets while maintaining an empathetic, premium customer experience.

· Collaborate closely with the wider Customer Hub team to streamline communication and resolve complex customer requests.

About You:

- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, service administration, or dealership operations (automotive experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering premium service




- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage sensitive customer conversations and resolve issues effectively
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
