An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established and respected provider of electronic security solutions. Supporting a diverse client base, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting alarm systems, access control and CCTV systems across a range of commercial, government and private sector environments.

This is a hands-on role suited to a technically capable professional who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain and repair electronic security systems, including alarms, CCTV and access control solutions.
- Respond to scheduled maintenance and service requests.
- Accurately record job information and service reports using digital systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide professional on-site support.
- Participate in an after-hours roster and ongoing technical training.
- Maintain safety,



quality and compliance standards at all times.
- About You
- Experience servicing electronic security systems.
- Solid fault-finding and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Well organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team setting.
- Current driver’s licence and relevant industry licences and clearances.
