The Opportunity

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining Arjo's market-leading healthcare equipment across Toowoomba and surrounding regions.

You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your day while being backed by a supportive national team and a global organisation committed to innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs and equipment inspections
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Respond to service calls and customer requests
- Maintain accurate service documentation using mobile technology
- Manage van stock and spare parts inventory
- Build trusted relationships with customers across healthcare and aged care facilities
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with quality and compliance requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, customer focused and takes pride in delivering quality service.

You'll bring:

- Experience in a service technician, mechanical, electrical, maintenance or field service role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Confidence using mobile devices and service management systems
- Current Driver's Licence

Experience within healthcare, medical devices, mobility equipment, aged care or a related industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
