Are you a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career in financial markets and operations? Bell Direct is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements / Capital Raising and Term Deposits Officer to join our Melbourne team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across settlements, payments control and capital raisings while working alongside experienced professionals in a leading Australian financial services business.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the integrity and efficiency of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Build and maintain robust working relationships with other back-office teams and third-party providers
- Provide regular updates to management on payment status and outstanding items
- Prepare capital raising documentation, including investor confirmation letters
- Manage capital raising bookings and associated settlement functions
- Maintain compliance filing and prepare capital raising summaries




- Prepare and manage term deposit instructions, including maturities and new applications, liaising closely with our intermediary service provider
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Requirements

We're interested in recent graduates from business, finance, economics, commerce or related disciplines, as well as candidates with up to 3 years of administration experience.
