Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys talking to customers, building relationships and closing deals?

Action Sheds Australia is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our established and growing team.

This is an office-based sales role working with warm inbound leads – no cold calling. Our customers have already made an enquiry and are looking for a shed or building solution.

You'll also have the advantage of joining an established business with proven systems, processes and support already in place to help you succeed. You'll be supported by an experienced team, allowing you to focus on looking after customers, following up opportunities and closing sales.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to warm customer enquiries
- Understanding customers' shed and building requirements
- Preparing and presenting quotes
- Following up enquiries and outstanding quotes
- Building rapport and maintaining regular customer contact
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Managing your sales pipeline and keeping accurate records
- Working closely with our drafting, operations and administration teams

What we're looking for

You don't necessarily need experience selling sheds. We're more interested in finding someone who knows how to sell and close.

You'll ideally have

- Previous sales experience with a proven track record




- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and in person
- Excellent follow-up skills
- A genuine drive to close sales and achieve targets
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, motivated and results-focused attitude
- Confidence using computer-based quoting and sales systems

Experience in building products, current homes, patios, construction, automotive, caravans, machinery or other high-value sales would be highly regarded.
