eCommerce Manager Shopify | 12-Month Contract (Parental Leave Cover) Own the online store of one of Australia's leading bathroom, tapware, kitchen and laundry retailers.

Renovation Kingdom has been helping Australians build beautiful bathrooms, kitchens and laundries since 2014. With showrooms in North Parramatta and Taren Point and an online store shipping Australia-wide, we stock more than 20,000 products from the brands renovators trust ADP, Fienza, Phoenix Tapware, Nero Tapware, Caroma, Vizzini, Timberline and Ikon Tapware.

Our eCommerce Manager is heading off on parental leave, and we're looking for an experienced Shopify operator to coordinate our online business, which is trading strongly, for the next 12 months. This is a genuine ownership role you'll be across the store end to end, backed by a structured handover and a supportive, close-knit team.

About the role

Based at our Taren Point head office, you will be a core member of the day-to-day performance of renovationkingdom.com.au. Your focus will be:

Trading & merchandising

- Own daily trading of the Shopify store product listings, collections, pricing, promotions and site merchandising across a 20,000+ SKU catalogue
- Assist and execute the online promotional calendar, including seasonal sales and clearance events
- Monitor sales, conversion and site performance, and act on what the numbers tell you




- Work with our suppliers and buying team to get new ranges live quickly and accurately

Digital marketing
- Assist the email marketing program (Klaviyo) campaigns, flows and segmentation
- Coordinate with Agency paid media activity with our agency/channel partners and keep SEO fundamentals healthy
- Assist and coordinate with our agency for our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) social presence, organic content calendar, community engagement and boosted posts

Reporting & optimisation
- Report weekly to the Director on revenue, traffic and campaign performance
- Identify and prioritise CRO opportunities across the customer journey

About you
- 2+ years running an ecommerce store day to day, with hands-on Shopify experience (Shopify Plus highly regarded)
- A trader's mindset you check the numbers first thing and know what levers to pull
- Proven experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESP), Meta Business Suite and GA4
- Strong merchandising instincts across a large, complex product catalogue retail or home-improvement category experience is a plus (Unleashed experience highly regarded)
- Organised, self-sufficient and comfortable learning and owning a function in a fast-moving SME
- Available to start promptly and commit to the full 12-month term
