Summary:

As a Senior Security Supervisor at our retail location in Casuarina, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff. This permanent, full-time position is essential for maintaining a secure shopping environment, implementing security protocols, and leading a team of security personnel. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our operations and enhance the shopping experience for our clientele.

- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Lead and manage a team of security staff, providing training and support as needed.

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

- Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary.

- Monitor surveillance systems and maintain accurate records of security activities.





- Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate risks and enhance safety.

- Engage with customers and staff to promote a culture of safety and security.

- communicate clearly and effectively with centre management as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security management is an advantage.

- Past supervisory experience in security or a related field is preferred.

- Robust leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.

- Familiarity with security systems and technology.

- High level of computer literacy

- Control room experience

- Valid security licence as required by local regulations including CPT and working with Children.
