Qantas is establishing a recent Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide. The Head of Technology Chapter leads end-to-end engineering and quality capability across Mobile, Web, Backend & Integration, and Quality Engineering, collaborating with product and platform squads to deliver outcomes.

The role defines engineering strategy, sets technical standards, and drives AI-native development adoption, providing leadership on capability development as the Centre scales.
