We're opening a brand new Varsity in Midland and we're looking for full time Duty Managers and Supervisors to help lead the crew from day one.

n

If you know your way around a busy venue, can lead a team without becoming the fun police and aren't afraid to jump in when things get hectic, keep reading.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Leading the crew and keeping shifts running smoothly
n
- Delivering epic guest experiences across food, bev and entertainment
n
- Coaching, training and supporting your team
n
- Keeping an eye on service, safety and venue standards
n
- Solving the occasional "well, this wasn't in the training manual" situation
n
- Working alongside the management team to make Varsity Midland the place to be
n

Who We're Looking For

n

You might already be a Duty Manager or Supervisor, or you might be a hospo gun ready to step into leadership.

n

Either Way, We're Looking For Someone Who

n

n




- Has hospitality experience and knows what a busy service looks like
n
- Can lead a team and bring valuable energy to a shift
n
- Is confident making decisions when the pressure is on
n
- Actually enjoys working with people
n
- Is available across nights, weekends and public holidays
n
- Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one
n

n

For Duty Manager positions, previous leadership experience and relevant approved manager qualifications will be highly regarded.
