About the role
n
In this casual role you will provide best practice dietetic care to patients/clients of Calvary Health Care Kogarah. You may provide services within an inpatient, outpatient or community setting. Clinical areas covered may include aged care, rehabilitation or palliative care.
n
Your main duties will include:
n
n
- Holistic nutrition care of referred patients
n
n
About you:
n
n
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Australia and a current Drivers Licence (Class C).
n
- Demonstrated core competency skills in Dietetics within aged care, rehabilitation and/or palliative care.
n
- Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
n
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence based practice, commensurate with years of experience.
n
- Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.
n
- Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching,
commensurate with years of experience.
n
- Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
n
- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah
n
