PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Casual Contact Centre Consultant in Blacktown to handle the critical first contact with patients, book imaging procedures, and ensure accurate information across systems. You will guide patients through pre-appointment steps, process billing, and liaise with referring doctors and clinical teams.
