Boilermakers & Welders (Site-Based)

Williams Metal Fabrications is seeking multiple Site-Based Trade Qualified Boilermakers and/or Experienced Welders to join our team in Elizabeth South.

We operate state-wide, offering you involvement in some of South Australia's largest construction and infrastructure projects. Our diverse project pool ranges from small commercial builds to major civil developments. We are looking for long-term employees who want career growth, ongoing training, and development opportunities.

Pay Rates

- Full-Time: Starting from $44 per hour
- Casual: Starting from $55 per hour

Requirements

- Relevant Trade Qualification or equivalent welding experience.
- Current Construction Induction Card (White Card), or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Strong focus on safety and quality outcomes.
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

Highly Desirable

- High-Risk Work Licences:
- Boom-type Elevating Work Platform (WP)
- Forklift Truck (LF)
- Dogging (DG)
- Rigging Basic (RB)
- Non-Slew Mobile Crane (CN)

- Safety Tickets: Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets.
- Welding Processes: Ability to pass welder qualifications for both MMAW (Stick) and FCAW (Flux-Cored)
- Site Operations: Steel Erection and Site Welding.
