With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for experienced Site Supervisors & Managers to join the MPA team.

About the roles

We have both Site Supervisor and Site Manager positions available to join our Melbourne Team.

Overall, these roles are accountable to oversee site operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of premium projects within specified timelines and budgets. Our priority focus is the safety and well-being of all our team on site. Your steadfast focus on safety, quality, and adherence to the project schedule will have direct impact on our team performance and project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating various trades, undertaking site set-out,



and assisting in scheduling trades aligned to the delivery program.

About you

- You will have 2-5 years' experience as a leading hand or site supervisor/manager in the construction industry
- Experience in delivery of commercial fitouts and refurbishment projects is an advantage
- A trade background ideally in carpentry and/or Cert IV Building and Construction
- A strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing methodologies & programming
- The ability to develop long term relationships with subcontractors to ensure projects meet cost, quality and program targets
- Experience with business software programs relevant to the construction industry including Microsoft Office suite and safety & site management programs.
- Proven ability to take reasonable care for the safety & wellness of yourself and others in the work environment
