Due to continued project activity, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a $20M luxury apartment development in Perth’s western suburbs.

The Project This is a five-storey, $20M luxury apartment development comprising 16 apartments, with a two-level basement and complex structural works.

The project will utilise top-down construction, providing an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with strong structural and basement experience to take ownership of the site from structure through to completion.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and wider project team.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering multi-storey residential or mixed-use projects of a similar scale.
- Strong knowledge of basement and structural construction.




- Precast experience highly desired.
- Robust understanding of site operations, construction methodologies, safety and quality requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate subcontractors and trades while maintaining programme and quality outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Full Australian working rights.
