With a long-standing presence in the Australian construction market and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Launceston, Tasmania.

Your New Role

- Managing the day-to-day operations and overall delivery of projects on site.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
- Driving the construction programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and workmanship.
- Managing site logistics, sequencing and coordination of works.
- Conducting site meetings, toolbox talks and subcontractor meetings.
- Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and the wider project team.
- Identifying and resolving site issues to keep projects on programme.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Managing projects through to practical completion and successful handover.

What You Need to Succeed





- Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong commercial fitout and refurbishment experience.
- Healthcare or live-environment experience would be highly regarded.
- Australian construction experience.
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, sequencing and site coordination.
- Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of site safety and OH&S; requirements.
- Ability to lead projects and maintain high standards within fast-paced environments.
