RCL Consulting is working with a National Tier 2 to identify an experienced Site Manager for a health project in Brisbane.

Our client is a well-established national builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across commercial, health, education and multi-residential sectors.

This is an opportunity to join an experienced project team and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality construction project.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day site operations

- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel

- Managing site programming, sequencing and logistics

- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget

- Maintaining high standards of WHS and site compliance

- Managing quality, defects and project close-out

- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and construction documentation

- Identifying and resolving site issues proactively





- Leading and coordinating the wider site team

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction

- Experience across health, education, commercial, multi-residential or similar projects

- Robust subcontractor and site team management skills

- Sound understanding of construction programming and sequencing

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

- High attention to detail with a focus on quality

- Relevant trade or tertiary construction qualification preferred
