About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven executive to join Strategic Collision Repair Group Pty Ltd as a Site Manager. In this role, you will oversee one of our operations in the Silverwater area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality repair services, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for meeting weekly financial forecasts, ensuring that the site consistently achieves its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability targets, ensuring the site meets financial goals
- Lead and motivate a skilled team of technicians, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance, production and revenue
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, including insurance companies, fleet operators, and individual vehicle owners, ensuring that service delivery aligns with SCRG's high standards
- Manage daily operations, including workflow scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient site operations
- Ensure all site operations adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies





About you

- Proven track record in site management within the smash repair industry, or current experience in the insurance sector
