Their work includes large-scale commercial office fit outs, healthcare projects, and complex refurbishment works, with project values ranging from several million dollars through to major multi-level developments. Current and upcoming projects are located across Sydney, not just within the CBD.

Your new role

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining site safety, managing programme requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.





This position would suit either an experienced Site Supervisor or a junior supervisor looking to take the next step in their career with the support of an experienced leadership team.

What you'll need to succeed

- Trade qualification, ideally Carpentry or a related construction trade
- Experience working on fit out, refurbishment, or construction projects
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and site activities
- Strong understanding of site safety and quality requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Australian construction experience
