Site Supervisor Required | Commercial Joinery | Projects Sydney-Wide | Full time & Permanent | $100K - $120K + Super The Opportunity An established commercial and architectural joinery business is growing its Sydney operation and is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor / Working Supervisor to join the team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Leading Hand, Foreman, Senior Cabinetmaker or Joiner who wants to lead from the front and stay on the tools .

You’ll supervise a small team of up to two tradespeople while working alongside them across a variety of premium commercial joinery projects throughout Sydney .

The Role You’ll take ownership of the site installation and be responsible for:

- Supervising and coordinating up to 2 tradespeople
- Working hands-on with your team on the tools
- Installing and assembling commercial and architectural joinery
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans
- Coordinating daily site activities and installation sequencing
- Liaising with builders, site managers and other trades
- Setting out, measuring and checking work
- Resolving issues and keeping projects on schedule
- Coordinating materials, deliveries and site requirements
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship
- Taking ownership of projects through to completion

About You You’ll have a strong trade background and the confidence to lead a small team. You may currently be a: Site Supervisor / Working Supervisor / Site Foreman / Working Foreman / Leading Hand / Senior Cabinetmaker / Senior Joiner .



Commercial Joiner / Shopfitting Foreman Ideally, You’ll Have

- Solid commercial or architectural joinery experience
- Proven on-site installation experience
- A cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry or similar trade background
- The ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Experience leading or coordinating other trades
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- The ability to work independently and take ownership

Why This Role? This is not a large site with a big workforce and layers of management. You’ll lead a small team, stay hands-on and remain heavily involved in the trade , while having genuine responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects.

You’ll work on premium commercial and architectural joinery projects , supported by experienced project and factory teams.
