West Peak Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage residential construction projects across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and site works
- Check construction quality and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications
- Manage site safety, cleanliness and trade sequencing
- Prepare and follow up the 5-Day Look Ahead Program
- Monitor construction progress and identify and report delays or issues early
- Provide daily site updates, including progress, issues and photos
- Identify site variations and coordinate with the Project Coordinator
- Confirm subcontractor work progress and quality to support payment checking
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Director

Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction site management in Victoria
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned projects
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong site coordination,



management and control skills
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Positive understanding of residential construction processes, quality control and site safety
- Robust subcontractor management skills
- Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Good knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
- Buildxact experience is preferred, but training can be provided

Work Location: Mainly Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs
