Skilled Labourer – Construction & Mechanical Assembly

$34.96 per hour casual | Dandenong | Ongoing Work

Range Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Skilled Labourers for ongoing work in Dandenong.

This is a hands-on construction and production role assisting with the assembly of large-scale modular infrastructure. We are looking for people who are mechanically minded, practical and confident using tools.

The Role

- Construction and assembly of modular structures
- Measuring, marking, cutting, drilling, grinding and fitting materials and components
- Framing, fitting and general assembly work
- Using a range of hand and power tools
- Assisting trades and technical team members
- Following measurements, instructions and basic drawings

About You

- Previous construction, skilled labouring, production, manufacturing, Trade Assistant or heavy-duty assembly experience
- Mechanically minded with solid practical skills
- Confident using hand and power tools, including angle grinders, drills,



impact drivers and other general power tools
- Construction White Card highly desirable
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a team

Experience in carpentry, fabrication, steel framing, mechanical fitting or industrial manufacturing will be highly regarded. Forklift, EWP or Working at Heights tickets are also advantageous but not essential.
