Black Match Beverages is a brand-new Australian beverage company which is a sister company to www.KegLand.com.au. The new company Black Match Beverages will be crafting a range of beers, functional beverages, and ready-to-drink (RTD) drinks. We believe great drinks should be made with natural ingredients, short ingredient lists, real fruit and herb extracts, and no unnecessary preservatives - because we want our drinks to taste good and make you feel good too.

About the role

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator, Marketing Expert and Digital Genius to help us build our brand from the ground up. As an early hire in a brand-new company, you'll wear a lot of hats - but your main focus will be creating scroll-stopping content and telling our story across social media and our website.

You'll be in front of the camera fronting our videos, and behind the camera capturing our team and how we work. You'll shoot, edit, and post photo and video content on your mobile phone, manage our social media accounts, help write copy for our products and website, and generally bring our brand values to life in the digital space.

Our main sales channel is ecommerce, so this role is central to how customers discover and connect with us - you'll be a key voice in building our brand from day one.

Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, using your phone




- Appear on camera as a face of the brand, and film other staff and behind-the-scenes content
- Manage and grow our social media accounts and build an engaged following
- Update and maintain our company website
- Write copy for our products, website, and marketing materials
- Edit video content quickly and efficiently, turning raw footage into polished posts
- Help shape and communicate our brand values (natural ingredients, feel-good drinks) across every channel

About you
- A fast learner who picks up new tools and skills quickly
- Proven experience building a following on Instagram or TikTok either via your personal channel or through a different business you have worked with (please share links/handles with your application)
- Confident and comfortable on camera
- Strong photography and videography skills using a mobile phone
- Outstanding writing skills for social captions, website copy, and product descriptions

Favourable / nice-to-have skills
- CapCut or other video editing software
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)

- Canva

- Shopify

- Klaviyo or Mailchimp

- Google Merchant Centre

This is a full-time role based in Noble Park North, VIC but will involve some travel out of the office from time to time. Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
