- Run our Instagram and TikTok day to day — shoot, edit, post, engage
- Build the Instagram grid into something that actually looks good, not just a dumping ground for job photos
- Film and produce content for our YouTube channel, which we want to feel like a show with proper episodes rather than random clips
- Get on site, get in the ute, get the footage — this isn't a desk job
- Keep a steady posting rhythm rather than four posts one week and nothing for a month
- Track what's working and do more of it

Who we're after

- You can prove you've grown a social account. Show us the numbers, or show us the work
- Solid eye for a shot. You know the difference between a photo of a garden and a photo that stops the scroll
- You can edit.
- Comfortable on camera and comfortable getting other people comfortable on camera




- Funny. Genuinely. The channel lives or dies on whether people enjoy watching it
- Driver's licence and your own car, because you'll be moving between sites
