As an Advanced Social Worker, you'll play an important role in improving outcomes for patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams across the health service. From guiding complex care decisions to strengthening professional practice, you'll work with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that creates lasting impact.
