In this role, you'll: Maintain and enhance bus network scheduling data, including routes, stops, timetables, and service information, ensuring accuracy and reliability across multiple systems.
Analyse, validate, and quality-check operational and customer information data to support seamless service delivery and informed decision-making.
Coordinate and communicate with operators, stakeholders, and technology partners to implement service changes and resolve data discrepancies.
Support the release and maintenance of service updates to downstream systems and customer-facing applications.
Contribute to user support, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex transport data environment.
The team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative work.

About You Experience working with data management systems, databases, or analytical tools, with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, interpret data, and deliver practical solutions.
High attention to detail and understanding of quality assurance practices in a data-driven environment.
Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and manage competing priorities.
Experience with spatial data, GIS platforms, scheduling systems, transport operations, or related technology environments will be highly regarded.
