Role & Impact

Design is core to how Blinq works—and how it feels. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll lead design across our most important surfaces, shaping the experience of real-world connection for millions. You’ll drive big, cross-platform bets from end-to-end: uncovering deep insights, crafting intuitive journeys, and helping us set the design standard for a recent category.

This is more than polishing pixels. It’s a chance to define how people connect in the moments that matter most—clearly, instantly, and memorably.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end product design and lead across iOS, Android, and Web - from insight to execution

- Design seamless, human-first journeys while partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features that just make sense





- Champion craft and consistency; evolve our system-wide patterns, visual language, and tone

- Test, learn, and iterate fast to run lean loops to get real-world feedback into the product

- Push design thinking forward and bring perspective, challenge assumptions, and elevate the bar across the team

What You'll Bring

- 8+ years in product design with a portfolio that shows sharp thinking and real impact

- Strong interaction + visual design skills across mobile and web, with attention to clarity and flow

- Experience building and scaling design systems that flex across teams

- Bias for simplicity; you make complex feel effortless - and know when good is good enough

- You guide decisions, share rationale, and help others do their best work
