About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to join a professional technology team supporting the design, development, maintenance, enhancement and production support of business applications.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform professional to contribute across the full application development lifecycle, including development, bug fixes, enhancements, troubleshooting and production support.The successful candidate will work within a complex ICT environment and collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and configure solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
- Contribute across all phases of the application development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including bug fixes and production support.
- Develop and maintain integrations, APIs and data models.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Design and build integration components and interfaces.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders and project teams.
- Review, improve and maintain solutions previously developed by others.
- Apply appropriate development, testing and software design methodologies.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions and development practices.

Highly desirable criteria

- Experience in Power Pages development.
- Knowledge of security, compliance and data privacy within cloud-based business applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Functions, Logic Apps or AI Builder.
- Understanding and application of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Desirable criteria

- Experience working within large, complex organisations and dynamic ICT environments.
- Strong understanding of software development, build and testing methodologies.
- Experience taking ownership of technical development activities across the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to evaluate alternative design approaches and make appropriate technical recommendations.
- A passion for keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform trends and technologies.

Skills and experience

- Minimum 3 years’ recent hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Demonstrated experience developing and extending business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven),



Power Automate and other Power Platform components.
- Strong experience in data modelling, integration development and API development.
- Demonstrated experience configuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Strong software development and design capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience working in complex ICT environments and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a professional team.
- Strong understanding of software security and development standards.
