About the role

Join a high-profile ICT programme and lead stakeholder engagement across a complex, multi-agency environment. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, align business and technology priorities, and help drive successful digital change.

Key Responsibilities

- Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, IT teams and multi-agency stakeholders.
- Align technology initiatives with strategic priorities, operational needs and business outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across governance forums, steering committees, workshops and executive briefings.
- Resolve stakeholder concerns, escalations and conflicts between business needs and technical constraints.
- Drive business readiness, technology adoption and stakeholder satisfaction across complex digital change.

Highly desirable criteria

- Proven executive-level stakeholder engagement across large, complex ICT or digital transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience across multi-agency or government environments.
- Solid business relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- Confident communication and presentation skills,



including executive briefings and governance forums.

Desirable criteria

- Experience with technology adoption, business readiness or organisational change.
- Knowledge of Agile or PRINCE2 delivery environments.
- Certification in change management, such as Prosci or equivalent.
- Ability to measure stakeholder engagement, satisfaction and adoption outcomes.

Skills and experience

- Significant experience in stakeholder engagement, business relationship management, programme management or technology delivery.
- Strong ability to understand strategic objectives, identify stakeholder needs and create clear engagement approaches.
- Proven capability to manage complex issues, facilitate consensus and escalate risks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging at executive level.
- Experience working across large, complex digital transformation programmes with diverse business and technical teams.
